When will my order arrive?
We know how important it is to get your order on time, no one likes delays, especially when you’re planning an event. That’s why we work hard to make sure your kit arrives quickly and when you need it.
Our system is kept up to date, so if an item shows as available, it’s ready to go. Place your order before 1pm on a weekday and we’ll usually send it out the very same day (weekend orders go out on the next working day).
For UK customers, next-day delivery comes as standard from Monday to Friday. If you need something extra specific, like before 10:30am, before midday, or weekend delivery, we can arrange that for an additional charge.
Planning something further afield? International shipping times vary, but we can often reach the USA and Europe in around 48 hours, and most other global destinations within five days. For an exact estimate, just use our online delivery calculator or speak with one of our team.
Can I test the equipment before buying?
We’d love for you to visit our Essex warehouse and see the kit in action. Whether it’s headphones or any of our equipment, we’re happy to give you a demo and show you how it all works. Do you offer discounts?
We regularly run special promotions and bulk order discounts. Keep an eye on our offers or speak to our team to see what’s available.
How do returns work?
We offer a 28-day returns policy on all our equipment. If you change your mind or something isn’t quite right, you’ll find clear instructions on how to send your order back on our Returns page. We’re only able to accept returns on items that are unused, kept in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
What should I do if my refund doesn’t look right?
If something doesn’t look right with your refund, just get in touch with our support team. We’ll review it straight away and make sure everything is corrected for you.
