Delivery, Return and Refunds

We know your party plans can’t wait; that’s why we make shipping smooth, simple, and reliable. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your equipment delivered.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). We partner with trusted third-party couriers to deliver your order, but please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll do everything we can to keep you informed and updated every step of the way.
  
  
• Place your order before 2:00 pm (UK time) on a working day, and we’ll do our best to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on weekends will ship on the next working day.
  
  
• You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
  
  

UK Mainland Delivery

We like to keep things quick and simple:

• Orders over £100: Free Next-Day Delivery (Monday–Friday)
• Orders under £100: Next-Day Delivery for £10

Orders will be shipped via DPD, DHL or Royal Mail

We ship worldwide, so your silent disco can hit any dance floor, anywhere:

• Delivered by UPS with services like Standard, Saver, and Expedited.
• Delivery time: 2–6 business days, depending on your location.
• Rates start from £30 for Saver, from £37 for Standard, and from £45 for Expedited.
• Please note: Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

• A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
• Courier tracking may take up to 48 hours to go live.
• If your order hasn’t arrived within 7–14 days (location dependent), contact us with your order number, and we’ll help track it down.
