What payment methods do you accept?

Yes. All of our new products are covered by a 2-year warranty. Refurbished products are provided with a 60 day warranty.

Are Silent Discos safe for kids?
Absolutely! You can lower the “master volume” on the transmitter so headphones stay at a safe level for young partygoers.

Can I customise headphones with branding?
Definitely! Choose stickers (£1 each + £75 setup) or sleek laser-etched caps (£2.50 each. Just allow two weeks for production.

What’s the best way to keep headphones clean?
A quick wipe with antibacterial wipes between uses keeps every headset fresh, hygienic, and ready for the next event.

Can I replace headphone earpads?
Absolutely! Replacement earpads are available in packs of 10 for £10 (+VAT) and are easy to swap out.

How many headphones can we party with at once?
As many as you like! As long as you’re in range of the transmitter, you can connect unlimited headphones and receivers with zero drop in sound quality, signal strength, or timing.

Can you replace built-in batteries when they wear out?
We sure can. Send your headphones back via our returns form, and from £7 (+VAT) per headset, we’ll return it good as new.

How do you ship orders?
We send all orders using fully tracked couriers for speed and peace of mind. Most UK customers receive next-working-day delivery and get a one-hour delivery window by email or text.

We’ll always try to work around your schedule. Need something urgently or at a specific time? Just let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Yes! We ship worldwide using trusted couriers like UPS. Typical shipping times:

Our headphones may not work with your existing system. Please contact us with your frequency and model to confirm compatibility before ordering.

When will items be back in stock?
We rarely run out of stock, but if something isn’t available, you won’t be able to buy it online, so no risk of ordering what we don’t have. On the off chance there’s a stock hiccup, we’ll contact you right away with options, including restock dates or a suitable alternative, so your plans stay on track.
